*today* MICROBES and MITOCHONDRIA: Live class session Saturday Dec24, 12noon Eastern, 9am Pacific
This will be hosted via https://healthythinking.substack.com/
You’re invited to a live session of interactive questions and answers scheduled for this coming Saturday (yes Christmas Eve) December 24: 12 noon eastern time = 9 AM Pacific time.
This will be hosted via https://healthythinking.substack.com/ so you have to be subscribed at HealthyThinking in order to receive the notifications for this.
Main focus will be Microbiome and mitochondria and everything in between. This is going to be purely questions and answers with minimal prepared material. I’m not planning to give a lecture but mostly answer questions again related to microbiome, mitochondria, inflammation… extending off of the dysbiosis course as listed below.
I’m inclined to think that we will use Skype for tomorrow’s session, since I already have an account and since it allows ~100 people.
From Skype: “It’s easy – simply create a link and share with people you want to join the call. No sign ups required. If you don’t have Skype installed, that's ok, you can enjoy it on your browser. Invite up to 99 people (plus you) and enjoy free video calls using Skype.
We could have more than 100 people per interest and fortunate availability, or we could have a much smaller group due to short notice and the obvious holiday. If we have more than 100 people, then I will try to find a secondary means to share the presentation live—if that does not work (and for those who cannot attend)—yes, the presentation will be recorded.
I want to focus mostly on Microbes, Mitochondria, Inflammation and Gut-Brain connections but otherwise this will be spontaneous.
Here are a few of my articles related to these topics in case you don’t have them already:
