Watched your video and have been a huge advocate for Vit D supplementation to family and friends and others seeking advice. Is there a cheap and easy way to test at home for Vit D levels?

In the United States and increasingly in other countries, lab tests have become more available on the open market, without need for a doctor's authorization. Several at-home mail-in tests have become available for measuring 25-OH-vitaminD3 levels, and I have linked these below. The goal is to get 25ohD levels into the optimal range, as I have defined and diagramed here: https://inflammationmastery.substack.com/p/4-million-infections-and-116000-american

Testing availability is listed on the following pages.

Thanks so much. This information is invaluable. I tried working with several people in the first 6 months when remdesivir was starting to be used to create a test at home product, but life got busy.
